Refund policy

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note that eGift Vouchers are non-refundable.


Eligible returns must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Please notify us of your return by emailing, then securely mail your return to 30 Penrice Road, Norwich, NR13 5FP, United Kingdom. Please remember to include your full name, address and order number so we can process your return correctly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to the original payment method, usually within five working days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this applies, please email us a picture of your item to so we can further assist you.


You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your return being delayed or missing in transit.

Late or missing refunds

If it's been over five working days and you still haven't received your refund, please get in touch with your bank or credit card company. Package returned

If your package is returned to the sender as either 'undeliverable', 'unclaimed', or 'refused'. We will retain the cost of postage, packaging and a 10% admin fee to cover our expenses. We usually refund the remainder the same day the item is received.
